What is the Recovery Program?
THIS IS A VIRTUAL PROGRAM to give you, the business owner, the support and coaching you need to increase your revenue, and gain clarity on goals you need to set to keep your business running.
It includes two streams of assistance.
1. Strategic Mindset Reset for your Business
(5 workshops, 2hrs each)
This portion of the program will help you see things in a different way and make strategic decisions considering the changes in your business. You will develop strategic solutions and create the next steps. You will be working in a collaborative, small group atmosphere. This session is led by our Business Plan expert Karen McDonald-Hurley of The Opportunity Group.
– Revisit and define the important aspects of your business and align your goals to activities.
– Learn more about consumer trends, the changing economic landscape, and where are the “now” opportunities.
– Take a closer look at your business finances and complete a 2-year cashflow plan.
– Complete a 12 month plan that details what goals you want to achieve over the next year, what advertising methods you will use, and what are the associated costs with a monthly budget.
– Confirm the changes you have already made and develop a plan for completing outstanding items to prepare for future challenges that could interrupt your business.
2. Business Coaching (7 weekly 2 hr sessions)
This program uses proven business development tools that will help the owner make decisions, get focus and clarity to create a solid plant for recovery/growth. The participants will be asked to be held accountable for the best results. These sessions will be led by a 10 Year Certified Business Coach Kevin Savoy of ByNan Business Solutions.
– Learn vital business growth techniques in marketing, team development, KPI’s and more.
– Create a customized 90-day plan to achieve solutions, stability, and growth.
– This program will require a growth mindset, an ability to accept accountability, a thirst for knowledge and a desire to be the owner of a more stable and successful business.

Time commitment:
Strategic Mindset Reset for your Business:
5 Workshops (2 hrs each) – January 24, 26, 28, Feb. 2 & 4 (10:30am to noon via Zoom).
*Also approx. 4 hrs/week of your own time working on your plan.
Business Coaching:
7 sessions (2 hrs each) – February 7, 14, 28, March 7, 14, 28, & April 4 (8:30am – 10:30am via Zoom).
*Also, approx. 4hrs/week of your own time.
