Keynote Speaker –

Martina Ryan loves people and excels when helping others be their best self. After graduating from the University of Ottawa, she followed her dreams to Los Angeles where she learned that life was too expensive on the beach. Missing home she returned to Canada to be closer to family. Martina has held leadership roles for more than 20 years in the talent management industry helping organizations develop and fine tune human capital strategies that support employee growth and organizational success.
In her career she has had many opportunities to #Choose to Challenge and she will address her experiences in her Keynote Address – Grit or Grace – Her Secret to Success!

Rhiannon holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Brunswick and is a Professional Engineer of Ontario. Rhiannon worked for Procter and Gamble Inc, for 24 years, and held roles at the plant, business unit, and corporate level in engineering, project management, change management and delivery, manufacturing operations, organization design, human resources, health and safety, and Industry 4.0 Innovation. Rhiannon is known for her servant leadership approach, and the development and implementation of standards and systemic work processes. Rhiannon joined HFI Pyrotechnics in October 2020 in the newly created role of Chief Operating Officer, reporting to the CEO and leading the management team.

Corrinna Smith-Gatke, Mortgage Agent with The Mortgage Advisors and Mayor of  Mayor of Leeds and Thousand Islands
Corinna Smith-Gatcke was elected as Mayor of The Township of Leeds and the 1000 Islands in October 2018.  A first time Mayor, and with no council experience she dove into the municipal world with enthusiasm and gusto.   Since her and the council taking office they have managed to change the narrative to now a cool, calm and collected bunch of politicians.  Corinna or “Cory”  to most of the locals, was born and raised on Goldendale Farm, north of the village of Lansdowne.  A graduate of Gananoque Secondary School, she then attended St Lawrence College and received a Business Diploma specializing in Marketing and Sales.  She is also a Mortgage Broker for The Mortgage Advisors in Brockville and is celebrating 20 years in the business in 2021.
