International Women’s Day is celebrated all over the world. It recognizes and celebrates women’s accomplishments and the work that still needs to be done for women to be considered equal in community and in business.

The LGSBC has been celebrating IWD for over a decade highlighting female entrepreneurs and celebrating women in business.

This year’s theme is #BreaktheBias and we will create our own unique take and feature female entrepreneurs from other countries and cultures in our community.

Our keynote speaker will speak about challenges that women of other cultures face running a business and the challenges of women in general and she will provide us with the tools to share our stories as females so that we are showcased at our best.
